Met Tim (North Coast Power Equipment) on my street when he was picking up a neighbor's snow blower. I inquired about service since my snow blower went down the week before. Needless to say, he correctly diagnosed the source of the problem on the spot (second stage belt, tighten or replace), came to pick up my snow blower on a Tuesday and called me on Wednesday to say it was fixed. That is the definition of great customer service. Will always use them for my snow blower and lawn mower.
