I have been struggling with what seems to be frozen shoulder for a few months. A friend recommended Jill. I was able to book quickly. She listened and went right to work for 60 minutes on my shoulder and upper back. It was so amazing. I'm not 100% quite yet, but such a huge improvement in mobility and so much less stiffness and discomfort, I know we'll get there. I am going back real soon!!
Jill provides a truly customized massage experience. She listens to preferences. From beginning to end, the pace and pressure of the massage were perfect. She addressed my "problem areas " and intuitively hits all the "right spots " from head to toe. Highley recommended the 90 minute massage.
I bought a gift certificate for my ex husband's birthday from my boys. The office smells amazing and is orderly and clean. The colors and atmosphere is relaxing. He had his massage Monday and felt so much better despite living in chronic pain. I'll be returning to get a Christmas gift certificate. Highly recommend.
