Open at 11?? Seriously? On a Saturday morning? I have never heard of a large chain department store opening at 11...and then closes at 8. One quick errand to run and it's only 10:20 a.m. and I am headed somewhere else now.
Pretty easy to shop here since they have a mall-like atmosphere; everything is in there respective location and super organized. I was able to find everything we were looking for within minutes.
Happen to see that there was a JCPenney's in Avon and decided to stop by. This is a first for me to see a JCPenney's not with a mall. The place itself was large, and when we thought it was over there was more. They have a portrait studio, hair salon, and a Sephora. The selection for clothes was great. There was so much to look at and the clothes were fashionable. Prices were also reasonable. I would recommend going to the JCPenney's in Avon.
