“My name is Linda Moore Coates Brothers Roofing came and saw what a horrible job of a metal roof was put on my house I was desperate for the work my husband was dying it was raining in my house and a friend's so-called did me a favor he didn't drop my gutters rain's been coming in my Foundation since 2018 and I didn't realize it because the roof overshot my gutters I had so many people out here that told me they could do it and then they come and they wouldn't and Coates Brothers came and they said they would they said they could they went around and clicked the overhang off bent it down remove the cap replace the capping they were unbelievable they allowed me to take my time and save up the money I'm a widow and I'll never forget them and if you need any work done they're your people for sure I just had a torrential rain this morning my basement is dry“

“Dave and his crew are unbelievably efficient, punctual, and accurate in their work. We recently had a roof replaced with a 50 year shingle and within two days the job was complete. They buttoned up everything and cleaned up after themselves. Further, they rebuilt a back porch overhang that was original to the house, over 100 years old. It was in really bad shape. After pulling it down they realized that it was barely supported and was an absolute hazard. Again Dave and his crew did a bang up job of rebuilding the deck, can't bring it into the existing house beams, and even making it larger so that more than one person could sit on it. It's now usable space thanks to Newcastle roofing.“

“We appreciate the thorough and cleanly install of our Gutter Helmet project. The only complaint is we were told of the installation one day before our installation, but were given no time range. Our crew didn't show up until 4pm requiring us to wait around all day because we requested at the sale to be home during the install. We left messages with the call center asking for information. No follow up call to us was made.“
