As a Tennant here I’ve had a great experience. The owners are helpful and friendly, there’s on-site maintenance should you need it, and the place is updated and clean. There’s a private break room for tenants with laundry and snacks.
The suites are great. They are cozy, quiet and make my clients feel comfortable.
The building is secure and there’s plenty of parking in the front the back and on the side of the building.

Great place to rent a suite. Always clean and well-maintained with ample parking and a welcoming atmosphere. There’s a wide range of talented professionals — experienced stylists, skilled estheticians, nail techs, and massage therapists all under one roof. It truly has everything you could need in one location. Highly recommend for both clients and professionals.
Rochelle is the best! Friendly, funny, and A VERY TALENTED STYLIST. She takes time with each client to make sure she understands what YOU want. My husband trusts her to trim his beard!! That is a testament to her talent for sure! :-) Can't say enough good things.
