I have been to this center twice. First visit was normal due to by transplants I was pretty much out of it all the time, but SOME staff was not Carring at all. I was dropped on a bathroom toilet and injured by back tremendously. It was eventually discovered I had a fx L3. Could not prove due to inability to get daily tx notes from OT, PT and daily nurse notes. Second visit was was okay but it was almost like I had a note that hung over my head that I was a problematic patient. Found out I was receiving too much medication by one of the nurses. Thank GOD she was observant an patient to follow up with the correct dosage. I could write book. I was once left on a bedpan for more than 40 minutes. That alone was against rules and regulations of an STNA. My rehab and cognitive therapy staff was the best. Thanks for the hep to all that showed empathy

I have only compliments for the quality of service and modern facilities available at this center. I can give a unconditional recommendation to anyone who needs service for physical therapy. I was surprised when a doctor came to me yesterday to ask my mental health which is an important function for releasing any person who has had a traumatic injury
