Gerald has always been so kind, always communicates well and is quick & very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend! No job too big or small. We had problems for years another service wasn’t able to control but it hasn’t been an issue since switching to Black Dog! Couldn’t be happier and I’m not paid or refunded for this review.

Walt did a great job handling my mouse problem. He was very thorough answering my questions and explaining plan to best meet my needs. Best of all I don't have critters any more. If I have further problems he will be who I call for help. Thank you. Walt!

Black Dog is always quick to respond (love that they use a AI text assist for communications). We starting seeing ants, sent a message over a weekend and they were out on Monday morning. Ryan was courteous and competent. Would recommend highly!
