My experience with Pulte Homes was beyond what I expected when I first decided to build a home. They communited with me every step of the way and kept me posted with every process. They finished right on time, and the closing was a very smooth process, as well as the title company input. I would recommend Pulte Homes to any first-time builder of a home or someone who is downsizing.
The Cleveland team at Port West in Avon Lake were outstanding! From Tom to Rob, and Kayla, the communication and responses were professional and timely. Overall a very positive experience.
We found Port West in July of ‘23. It is now May of 24 and we have a new home there. We were very impressed with everyone we worked with. Each was professional, patient and a good communicator. We highly recommend the Pulte brand.
