“Dave and his crew are unbelievably efficient, punctual, and accurate in their work. We recently had a roof replaced with a 50 year shingle and within two days the job was complete. They buttoned up everything and cleaned up after themselves. Further, they rebuilt a back porch overhang that was original to the house, over 100 years old. It was in really bad shape. After pulling it down they realized that it was barely supported and was an absolute hazard. Again Dave and his crew did a bang up job of rebuilding the deck, can't bring it into the existing house beams, and even making it larger so that more than one person could sit on it. It's now usable space thanks to Newcastle roofing.“

“I had some ice damming forming in a specific part of the roof causing water to leak in and damaging my ceiling and wall. This was a repeated problem for me. It's frustrating as my roof was just replaced 2 1/2 years ago, but the company who replaced it went M.I.A. I reached out to ARC roofing, in which George Sr., George Jr, and Jose, came out first thing in the morning and identified the problem. Despite the snow and ice on the roof, they jumped up there and remove all of the snow/ice in that area to stop water from leaking in. They came back out within the week and applied a large rubber mat, that was placed underneath the siding, which sealed the entire area to prevent water from seeping back into home. Thankfully I have not had any recurrent issues. ARC provided me reassurance and they're very responsive and informative when answering all of my questions. I hope I don't have any recurrent issues, but I'm glad I can reach out to them for future assistance if needed. Honest and reputable company. Thank you.“
