Responded immediately to our basement flooding in a very professional and thoughtful manner. The cleanup was thorough and the staff were exceedingly nice and understanding. Follow-up was also great. Would highly recommend their service and am a highly satisfied customer.

When our home flooded, saying we were overwhelmed would have been an understatement. We were super emotional and left feeling helpless. One call to PuroClean and within an hr Robert and Abigail were out to help assess the situation and assure us all would be okay. They made a horrible situation, a little easier to handle. The people from PuroClean were very kind & courteous after our basement flooded. They came in & got the basement cleaned out in no time, set up fans & dehumidifiers. Robert came back every day to move fans around & make sure everything was drying well. I hope i don't need them again but I would definitely call them if I do.
