This morning we woke up to a very cold house and subzero temperatures outside. We contacted Brian the owner right before 8am and Karl was here within 20 minutes to see what was going on. After some testing, it was clear that our 22 year old furnace was done and we needed a new one. Karl gave us our options, we picked the one for us, signed and a short while later the install began. Nick arrived and got things started, then Jesse and Bryan. They covered the floors and got right to demoing the old unit. Our furnace went out on a Friday. Copperline brought us electric heaters to use for the weekend. Monday morning they brought out a new furnace to install. Great service and really nice employees. I wholeheartedly recommend them as a company that goes 150% to help their customers out as well as doing a great job installing the furnace.
Cold air was blowing out of our furnace at 7 at night. I called just to get on their service list for the next day and Jesse texted me back at 10:30 at night with an 8 appointment. Jesse and company were here in time and had it fixed in no time. You just don’t get service like that any more. Incredible company that does great work with super people. Highly recommend! P.S. Their service plan is well worth every penny!
