In such a heartbreaking time that our family had to endure, Meghan and Melissa and all staff were so thoughtful, helpful, compassionate and professional. They left no stones unturned. Our Mothers service was beautiful, something that will live in our hearts forever. We mentioned bagpipes and we had bagpipes! That was my Moms wish to have played at her funeral and they made it happen. They helped us say goodbye to our precious Mother as hard as it was, with Love and Grace. THANK YOU ALL!!
Our family cannot say enough about the services of this funeral home. We have been treated like family, going through the process of saying goodbye to our mother. Everyone that has helped us has been compassionate, explained every step of the process and kept us informed. We would especially like to recognize Jeff Hogan, Ashley Menser, and Tracey in Avon Lake who showed such love and grace to all of us. We are incredibly thankful for your services during our time of grief and know each of you are in the roles you should be. It takes a special kind of person to do what you do, and we appreciate you.
