All American Inspections was the first inspection company we went with and I have been absolutely grateful ever since going with them. We were lucky enough to have Bob Beverage as our inspector. I texted Bob on a Wednesday for a Friday morning inspection at 9am. Bob showed up at 8:30am and was already done with the exterior by the time I arrived at 9am. He was extremely personable and thorough. He then finished the inspection by 10:30am and had the report to me by noon. Really great experience, would highly recommend!

Hired Bob for a home inspection. Is very prompt with communications and does a great and thorough job. He gave us excellent advice about a potential home before he even inspected it, saved us a lot of hassle even though he didn't get paid! When we finally did have an inspection for him, he was patient with us as first time homebuyers and answered all our questions with ease. 10/10 service all around and would definitely recommend!
