Ive always liked going there they normally get you in and outbpretty quick not like mercy health like when i cut my thumb with a cut off wheel and im on a blood thinner they took care of it real good and real quick just like it should be done not waiting around for 2 and 3 hours bleeding all over the place like mercy would of handled it
I have no idea where the low ratings came from because this is the best urgent care I have ever been to. The entire staff is great. Very friendly and efficient. The Dr is wonderful because does not rush you out and actually listens and in my opinion thoroughly checks me out. I drive an extra 30 mins just to go to this one. Also, this urgent care calls you few days later to check on you!
Even though I waited longer here than at the other urgent care, they actually listened to my concerns. I went to a different urgent a day prior because of my throat. I tested positive for Covid at home and was going to ride it out until it was getting unbearable to swallow and I couldn’t even eat certain foods. I looked at my throat at home and it looked pretty infected. Im no expert but I’m a nurse and use to swap kids for strep all the time in the ER. Regardless, it’s pretty evident something is wrong.
