I want to thank Ruth the manager/seamstress at the Austintown location! She is a true Angel on Earth! My daughter's wedding dress was altered where we purchased it but it was not right and it had been redone twice and the seamstress at the bridal store said it couldn't be fixed any better. The problem was the sleeves were snap on and removable and we requested they be sewn in. Once they were sewn in my daughter couldn't lift her arms to even dance. And the bodice of the dress was taken in too far. We took it to Ruth to see what she could do and this woman is a true ANGEL!!! Let me tell you she let out the bodice and the inner bra and then refitted everything and sewed...read full review
I had my wedding dress altered here and Ruth was soooo sweet and efficient and I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was. Couldn’t have been happier with how well and quickly it was done!
