The ambience of the spa was serene and inviting immediately putting me at ease. Martha was highly professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my skin concerns and tailored the facial to meet my needs. The product she used were of the highest quality and I could feel the difference in my skin immediately. After the facial, my skin felt refreshed hydrated and had a noticeable glow. The overall experience was rejuvenating and I left the spa feeling pampered and relaxed. I would highly Martha for anyone looking to treat themselves to a luxurious facial.“

“I took my daughter in for a hair consultation. Carly spent 20 minutes with her being very informative. My daughter’s hair is incredibly thick, curly and she wanted extensions. I was happy Carly really took the time to explain what was best for her type of hair instead of trying to capitalize on the client. It made me trust Trilogy. I own a barbershop and I have customers come in with pictures of styles and many times I have to inform them they don’t have the type of hair that the person in the picture has and instead try and encourage something that works with what they have. I saw the work they were doing and it is first rate. Very nice people. I appreciated her time. The consultation was free of charge. They obviously care about their customers and work.“

“While I enjoyed the deep tissue massage I received, I was not thrilled that the massage therapist was clearly ill. She could hardly breathe and it was very difficult to relax, especially since I am finally recovered from a several month long illness. My daughter also got the same service that day and her therapist was also clearly sick. Woodhouse should not have therapist exposing clients to sick therapists. $200 for an 80 minute massage is ridiculous even if they give you lemon water.“

We started by discussing my skin-care routine as well as my biggest concerns regarding my skin. I have rosacea as well as overall sensitive skin. My experience was absolutely phenomenal! She focused on relaxation and stuck to products that she knew wouldn’t irritate my skin. By the time she was finished, my face was absolutely glowing! And I was relaxed from the massage! She asked about my problem areas, nailed the pressure for right shoulder, and made the whole session feel custom and unrushed, the front desk was friendly, rooms clean and warm and booking was easy, highly recommend hand & stone solon and especially Berittany for deep tissue work.“
