Very nice dental office. Dentist and all staff very kind. Dentist very knowledgeable . There was a scheduling problem for a routine checkup and a cleaning not scheduled with, had to go back the next day. The hygenist very personable but felt she did a suboptimal job. Not very detailed with cleaning. Quickly cleaned and did very quick and minimal polishing. I will make sure next visit to request not to have her clean my teeth.
Hygienist and doctor were great. I arrived early and no one was up front. Others arrived soon after. Still no one up front. 2 employees walked in. Said nothing, totally ignored us. I am of a different generation like the others waiting that day. We were all dismayed that the 2 employees that came in did not acknowledge us. I find this lack of customer service rude.
I will continue to see you for my dental care and hope that the rude treatment we received will not be repeated.
