I had an appointment with Kelly, and she went above and beyond. She absolutely exceeded my expectations, and I am so happy with how my hair color turned out. Definitely give her a chance if you haven’t already!

I don't want to call out the person who did my pedicure because she was so nice, but my god ...I'm very sad having paid over $50 plus tip for this. When we were done she told me to be careful for the next 24 hours. I thought this was overly cautious (I've never in my entire adult life had a pedicure that wasn't totally dry by the end of the day) but managed not to let *anything* touch the polish for all the rest of the day. Wore flip flops until I went to bed. I don't know what I was supposed to do ...sleep on my back with no sheets and blankets on top for the whole night? I woke up like this. She applied the polish way too thick. I noticed at first as she was applying that it did not look smooth on the big toenails in particular -- a little chunky and uneven. I don't know if it was the polish or the application, but I think she applied it so thick to cover up the fact that it didn't look good. It took several swipes to get to a decent looking smooth look. It was sprayed once, then I sat for a long while while it dried, and was sprayed one more time before leaving.
This took me over half an hour to remove this morning and even then my toenails are still stained pink. Not that it should make any difference, but I have an autoimmune condition that gives me stiffness and pain in the joints, especially in the morning (I'm not as bendy as I used to be), and low blood pressure, so bending over my feet to do things like this is more than just uncomfortable, but I had to clean it up because I hated the idea of going to work like this and I don't have the time or money to go somewhere else to fix it before my big weekend away.

I had a fantastic experience with Barb and her staff. My longtime stylist got a different job and I was searching for someone who could do my somewhat different haircut at the same level or better, and all expectations were exceeded.
The entire experience from start to finish was exceptional, well organized, and customer friendly. Highly recommend! And now I'm interested in their other serviced because they have quite an array, beyond your typical hair salon.

Amazing, so comforting and Barbara did an ethereal job. I’m so happy with the results. I had hair dyed and bleached multiple times and my natural hair is basically as black as it gets. She got me to a beautiful ash mushroom type blonde and was so kind and patient! (I got the platinum card). Could not recommend this salon and Barbara more than I already do. I’ll be back for root touchups etc! Thanks so much :)
