Based on the reviews, Holzer Athens - Urgent Care offers always friendly fast service. The staff is always friendly and the doctor is always nice. Everyone listens to what patients have to say. Patients never have to wait long before getting into a room and the doctor comes in quickly. The staff is very professional and kind, with a great chiropractor. The front desk is seriously the sweetest and so helpful. The doctors are caring, kind, and really take the time to listen. The pharmacy staff is also a bonus. It is the best urgent care experience in Athens, with kind and quick service. Patients have nothing but good things to say and keep coming back. It is a favorite medical center.
I always have such a great experience here. Amy at the front desk is seriously the sweetest and so helpful every single time I come in. She makes the whole process so much easier, especially when you are not feeling your best. I also had Bobbi as my doctor, and she is just as amazing, so caring, kind, and really takes the time to listen. I truly have nothing but good things to say about this place, which is why I keep coming back whenever I am feeling under the weather. Highly recommend!
Staff is always friendly and the Dr is always nice. Everytime I go there they always listen to what I got to say and I have never waited a long time before they got me in a room and I have never been in a room a long time before the Dr comes in .. everyone has the words on how they feel about it all but . I ant never had anything bad to say about holzers always friendly .
By far my favorite type of any medical center any way shape or form. They are also so polite, even the staff who are busy. But still are kind with any interaction with other patients. I can say positive things about the security, receptionists, pharmacy staff. Drs. Nurses. Nor mé or my wife have one single bad thing to say about Holzer. Greàt job ladiés and génrlé
