Update: i disputed there service charges and won. after talking to my tennat i was told that the repair man never serviced the machine and lied about diagnosing it from the beginning the machine was never broken the belt had just popped of so it wouldnt spin out the repair man claimed it wouldnt drain due to a bad drain pump he lied the drain pump worked fine .Had them come out to fix a washing machine about a month ago was told they cant fix it because they cant get the part for it I still have not received a diagnosis on whats wrong with the machine or a reciept the first time I called i was told that they thought terry sent me the receipt and diagnosis but they would take care of it i called a second time i was told they would send the receipt and diagnosis yet it never happend 3rd time calling they are now telling me the the receipt isn't made yet a month after the service call and they cant give me a diagnosis because the guy who serviced the machine is now in the hospital. I doubt the guy who came out even serviced the machine at this point seeing that they cant tell me whats wrong with it and I believe they wont give me a receipt because up called me on the service call they originally said a service call is 150$ but I was charged 160.88$ two seprate times they are dishonest and incompetent do not use there services

Terri is quick to respond and reasonably priced. He has fixed numerous ovens and refrigerators and an oven timer for us.

Absolutely and totally dissatisfied with service. Said the freezer fan was bad and couldn’t get parts. My granddaughter said it was the ice maker and it was! How does someone with 38 years experience not know this??!! Horrible experience!

I was new to the area and in need of a professional to assist with installing my dishwasher and microwave. They were easy to schedule, offered reasonable prices, and could complete the installation of both appliances within two hours. Highly recommend.

Best freaking service ever!! Terry is absolutely phenomenal!! He did an amazing job and really helped me get my dryer going!! That's 100% the only place I'll use for appliances!!!
