If I could give Mike a 10 star review I would!! My computer is my lifeline. I noticed my screen seemed loose and I started to panic. I took it to Geek Squad thinking I had an extended warranty, they told me I did not and that it would be $500.00+ and they would have it for two weeks. I politely stated I would need to reschedule for a later date. I found Mike's Computer Services and took it to him for a second opinion. Mike called an hour later and said nothing was broken at all, it just had a couple loose screws of which he tightened and I do not owe him anything for it as it was just a part of his diagnosis process.
