I had them diagnose the problem with my laptop and it was a keyboard Rachel took my info and called me within a 2 hour window and had the problem and price on the parts and told me it should be done by Wednesday midday she was right on with the price and time Very Professional Business Thank you very much
Update!! It was good and warranty held up.Changed from 4 stars to 5! Thank you!Little expensive to remove motherboard and the way the rest of the parts were treated was a little concerning.Hoping the warranty is still valid after this…
Highly recommend Comptech PCS! They were able to fix my 2009 Macbook for a very reasonable price. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be going to them with any future computer problems.
