Joe came out to advise on a puzzling situation, our back room has had dripping from the ceiling beam, usually *not* when it's raining. He wasn't the first to suggest it might be condensation, but he was the first to tell us how we can ultimately determine that. If we get a hygrometer, it will show the humidity in there. I went and got one that same day. And there was no charge for the tip!

We needed just a few shingles replaced, and they returned my call within hours. They were able to fit us in the same day. Erryn was really pleasant and helpful. The repair person was quick and thorough in repairing the damaged area, and it looks great!
