Got my ears pierced by Paige and she was phenomenal. She heard and listened to everything I had to say, took her time with the process, kept it straightforward and was very friendly the whole time. I’ll be recommending her for any future piercings

I am adding more to this review since I just got another tattoo from John Kyser. Let me start by saying that I am a pain in the a** as a customer because my schedule is all over the place since I travel for work. Because of this I give Tanya a headache when trying to get scheduled on short notice. John and Tonya have gone above and beyond to take care of me. They sent me a text yesterday morning and I was in the chair getting tattooed by 1pm. The whole shop is top notch and they all deserve shout outs. I plan on going to HoldFast for a very long time and can’t say enough good things about the great people they are. Also; their cleanliness and sanitation is next level... read full review
