When our family member was suffering from Alzheimer's and lost her primary caregiver, we were considering our options for how bets to help her. We were thankful that CHP offered adult day care service and a free visit to try it out. We also took advantage of the in-patient services offered by CHP (in Defiance) when the time came and were extremely grateful.

CHP cared for my mother while in hospice care. The staff were so accommodating, always a phone call away. They met our every need and treated us as if we were their own family.
