The customer service is very good here. They answer all your questions no matter how silly they may seem. They are prompt and did a wonderful job on our floors. We had them refinish our oak floors that had been covered over with carpet by the previous owners. Roman have them new life and they look wonderful. Will be having him refinish the floors in our bedrooms next. Wow what a great change in the appearance. Thank you!!

Roman Hochstetler and his entire team are amazing! They installed a porcelain tile floor in our kitchen and 1/2 bath that exceeded all expectations. Andrew and his assistant worked efficiently and neatly. The install is solid & beautiful. They installed an amazing oak transition strip at the thresholds between kitchen and adjoining room(s) where there is a height difference.

These guys are one of the best flooring companies around. I will definitely be using them for all my flooring installation of any kind. I highly recommend them to everyone that needs flooring work done. Great selection and great service.
