My initial contact with the owner, Wes was excellent. He traveled to Ashtabula County to my home to give me a quote on my roof. He also advised me that I needed new gutter guards and gave me a reasonable quote on that as well. Wes was very professional and courteous and gave me a reasonable quote, cheaper than most of the other quotes I received from other contractors. I end up going with Benson Roofing due to the great service I received from Wes, the owner. He did a great job keeping me updated when he was going to come out to complete the work and always returned my calls in a timely manner. They did an AMAZING job on our deck! They tore down my 12x12 in about 15 min and I had timbertech floor boards (14x28)with a roof installed in 3 days! Great pricing, reliable and fast. We had 4 bids from contractors through the Pittsburgh home show. Benson was the fastest and most detailed....sketches too.

The entire process with Benson Roofing was seamless, from the estimate, keeping in touch with me on when they would arrive, workmanship and clean up after the job. They are excellent and I would highly recommend them!
