One main is amazing, the staff go out of their way to help you,especially when you are down on your luck,they are very professional and are extremely knowledgeable inthe field. Tanya at the Amherst location was absolutely wonderful! I was late to our appointment and she was still very cool about it and got me out of there fast with a dollar amount I was expecting to pay. Fast, friendly and easy.
The start was not good your company comes up under equipment auction I belong to got bidding power amount was big bid the next morning I call was told I need an auto title to make my loan the auction company I am in with I lose $1000 off the top and I am in bad standings for 18 months thank God my pay off was with in reason had to get couple loans from couple places your Amherst Ohio branch took care of me and fast the assent manager was excellent professional and knows everything she did her best helped get everything uploaded and tried help me Calm down I was a wreck. But your corporate if you only take auto loans you shouldn’t add yourself to Equment loans you give auto loans my opinion you could devastate people came very close to devastating me I got a 25,000$ tractor for 8,600 another 500 and would have lost a 1000 not right in my opinion thank you for all you did but had to spend my savings and max out cards and 2 loans hope you understand you asks I answer
