I can't speak to the services they provided, but I can say that they have a great employee (I believe a tech) in Jason. Long story short, he noticed we had an emergency situation as he drove by and jumped into action. Saving me and another dog owner from a lot of heart ache and possibly legal fees. Thank you Jason for reacting like you did.
Phil and Eddie, two very good workers. They were on time, very accommodating, and made sure that we know what was going on. They took the time to answer any questions and contacted to office to clarify a situation. The customer service was on track.
Had a great experience with Energy1 cleaning our ducts and servicing our furnace. They are very professional, thoroughly, and friendly. Also, they have great affordable prices and we even got to use their coupons. Thank you Energy1!
