Laura and her coworker have been amazing. The process was fast, they were both very polite, answers questions without hesitation, very knowledgeable and understanding. They are patient and quick to respond to my inquiries. I used to use the Elyria location but I'm loving this smaller one more for sure. Most was done over the phone and computer making my life way easier since I work 12 hour shifts!
