pretty cool people who helped me repair my damaged roof. they came in freezing cold temperatures and was the only one willing to show. now my roof is fixed when no one else would come.

The Roof Doctor came to my home and installed gutters on my large garage. I needed someone who could probably handle the job because of the height and length of my building. I really appreciated the friendly attitude and the knowledge I was given. I had some concerns and all my questions were answered with professionalism and respect. The gutters were installed fairly quickly and looked great. They look very secure and I have no concerns and no complaints. I was given a quote in my roof replacement as well and I will be inviting them back to do the job. I reached out to homeowners they did previous roof job for and they were very pleased as well. For that, I will be welcoming them back soon. Greatly recommend this company. Thank you!

Had a bad experience, the company even asked not to review, in exchange for them to correct an invoice which should have been correct in the first place. Terrible communication, they do not reply to voicemails and blame each other for the shortcomings putting the customer in the middle. That’s not even half of it. The job got done but they are extremely unprofessional.

we had The Roof Doctor install continuous gutter in the back of our home and leaf guard in the front and back. we called many times to tell them the gutters leaked in back and front and the gutter guard is just laying loose in the gutters I was told to send pictures and that the owner would come out to look into our complaint but no one ever came. I expect contractors to stand by their work not just ignore the problem

Awful. They came and did my roof inspection and had me sign a contract, and I haven’t heard from them in almost 2 months. I have called numerous times, and can rarely get someone on the phone. Voicemails were never returned. When I did get someone on the phone, she had no information for me and assured me that someone would call me with an update and no one ever did. Called to set up for them to do an estimate and the lady was very rude and wanted me to pay her $250 upfront for them to do a bid on doing the roof. Never in my life have I heard of this. We pay you for a bid on you getting a job? Very rude and unprofessional. Edit**** I told you upfront it wasn’t an inspection or anything. I told you that we was going to buy the house and that the USDA loan wanted us to get an estimate for the roof. I did know what I was talking about and what I needed. So yet not only rude but unprofessional and lying. Wow just wow.

I been working for this comoany. Since it started in when the company was called DaysRoofing. When i stared for is Dad in 2003 to me personally .i would say if you want the job done well in quick .The Roof. Doctor is a great company in very Honest . in keep in mind The Roof Doctor also has the Gutter Doctor .we make our own Gutters 5 or 6 inch . in the Gutter Jenny which comes with a topper .i would have to give the company a 5 star
