Dr. Hayes saw Milo for pancreatitis. She was very calming and did all the necessary testing and reassured us pending blood work results. Took time to address our questions and explained her thinking and plan for the big guy. Appreciate being fit in for a same day acute sick visit. Even Milo seemed to appreciate this clinic visit at least on the way out. Have been going here for years for his regular checkups.

I cannot say enough nice things about this veterinary office. I have been going here just about since they opened. I love their attention to detail, the friendly staff, and how knowledgeable both vets are. They put in long, hard hours caring for all of their clients without complaint. My last visit in October was one of the hardest days ever. From my first call to Beth at the front desk to me leaving on this day, I could not have asked for more care and comfort. I lost my golden retriever, Lincoln, on this October morning. They helped me get him out of my car in pouring rain because he had collapsed. Offered me towels to dry and water to drink. I received hugs and condolences from all that I spoke with. This care was from every single person in this office. I was an “add on “ appointment but they made me feel like Lincoln was the only one there that day. I will be forever grateful to them for all of this. I hope that my heart will be ready to open it to another golden retriever after time has passed. Until then, I will be continuing to bring my three kitties for their care and apologizing to this same staff for them being less than stellar on their visits. 🤣

Have loved them for both of my cats very nice staff and vets and live the all pet card they have as a option for the visit recommend them to eveybody

Absolutely love this place! The staff members are always so friendly to me and my dog. My dog is always happy to see them also,Super happy I found them, will take my animals here forever. ☺️

Took my pup here after rescuing him and everyone was so pleasant. Getting an appointment is easy, all the staff members are so kind, and everyone’s communication is amazing. My dog is a mixed breed, but most people are standoffish with him having German Shepherd. This office handled him with the utmost care, and I couldn’t be more appreciative of them for that. Prices aren’t outrageous, and they answer any and all questions that any owner may have.

Dr. Wood has been Cocoa’s doctor since he was about 1 year old. Dr. Wood (Dr. Hays too) have always been very knowledgeable, honest, courteous, and professional. The staff is always very friendly and caring as well. Thank you so much for all your care and kindness when dealing with my baby!
