From start to finish, working with Cincinnati Arbor Services was so pleasant and professional. It is so nice when it is a smooth/professional process, as this is not the case with every business. I have never had a service like this before, so I was not certain what to expect. The two mulberry trees and cherry tree (All very heavy/cluttered, limbs hanging almost to the ground and overhanging into neighbors yards a bit at that point) were sculpted, trimmed and made much more aesthetically pleasing and the result nothing short of artistry. I was so impressed by these guys. For context, I had been trying to get this giant, rotting, tree removed for over a year. I also needed some other large trees trimmed that had branches hanging over my house, and some stumps grinded out near my house so that I could plant a garden. Anyway, the first company I called gave me a quote, agreed upon a day for services, and never showed up. They messaged me like a week later asking to schedule, as if they didn't even remember that they were scheduled to begin with. The second company I scheduled for a quote never came out at all. This company has been great to work with! From Margaret who took my many emails/calls to Steven and his crew doing our brush/tree removal in record speed! Steven even offered future tree planting recommendations and helped with a referral for landscaping! We have quite a few projects ahead of us and will be calling Steven FIRST to see what part of the job they can do! FYI: I called 4 different tree removal companies and was given quotes--Arbor Services bid was right in the middle. However, their customer service won us over and we will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks!
