Repairman was a little distracted due to incoming phone calls, but he got the job done and we are satisfied. The price to repair was OK. The initial price to show up and diagnose was too high.

Very nice gentleman. Engaging and kind. I probably talked his ears off, but he didn’t let it bother him. Was like having a friend visit instead of a stranger enter. Quickly figured out the troubles and made repairs. My oven is working perfect again. Thank you for your help. God Bless.

Grove appliance did an amazing job on our Samsung oven. They were incredibly reasonable and very efficient. We will definitely be contacting them for any other repairs they provide.
