Wish I could give NO stars!!! This office is a complete joke. ALL staff should retire immediately from the medical field. They are rude and accusatory. The dr will leave the door open and yell at you when you come to THEM with your issues. Isn’t that what the dr is for? This practice needs shut down AT ONCE. Feel bad for the medical students in there shadowing this mess of an office, you can tell by the looks on their faces they are embarrassed by how this Dr acts. I had a very disappointing experience at this office with dr gamal elmobasher. After waiting over an hour for my appointment, I met with the doctor regarding ongoing back pain. Initially, he mentioned ordering an MRI and referring me to a specialist. When I asked what the plan was for managing my pain in the meantime, I specifically stated that I was not seeking narcotics, but that the current medications were not helping.

Call and call and call to make appointments. Never return a voicemail i left. I have been tryign to get my a1c appointment for almost a year. Im suppose to have it checked every 3 months. Cant get anyone to set an appointment. Ive went there in person(drove 30 minutes) to get told to call.. i call n call n call. No anserw. No return calls. I leave voicemails.. this drs office dont give a shit about their patients. My next step is reporting them to the health board for malpractice.. ive been out of my medicine for months.
