There phones are supposed to be on till 3pm I called right before 2:30pm to get my daughter medicine called in and it already went to the on call person so now my daughter goes all weekend without her medicine. They called me the other day saying my doctor not going to be in on may 6th to call back and reschedule so I did then they decided to tell me yes he is going to be in ! This doctor office sucks

Wish I could give NO stars!!! This office is a complete joke. ALL staff should retire immediately from the medical field. They are rude and accusatory. The dr will leave the door open and yell at you when you come to THEM with your issues. Isn’t that what the dr is for? This practice needs shut down AT ONCE. Feel bad for the medical students in there shadowing this mess of an office, you can tell by the looks on their faces they are embarrassed by how this Dr acts. Good luck having the office answer ANY calls. I 100% do not recommend this office, period. From front office staff, to the “nurses”, to the “doctor” - just don’t. I had a very disappointing experience at this office with dr gamal elmobasher. After waiting over an hour for my appointment, I met with the doctor regarding ongoing back pain. Initially, he mentioned ordering an MRI and referring me to a specialist. When I asked what the plan was for managing my pain in the meantime, I specifically stated that I was not seeking narcotics, but that the current medications were not helping.
