After years of suffering from Tinnitus and other doctors telling me there was no treatment I was told about Choice hearing by one of their customers and how much they helped him, so i decided to see what they could do for me. I was fitted for hearing aids at my first appointment and my quality of hearing was improved right away. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I've been going to Modern Hearing in Alliance for a number of years Everyone on staff are incredibly helpful and very personable. Outstanding customer service. I recently lost my hearing aids in my home. We moved every piece of furniture in the house 2-3 times to no avail. My maintenance plan covers replacements with a deductible. They gave me loaners hoping we would still find them. After a month, guess what? My wife found them pressed against the wall behind our toothbrush holder. The one thing we didn't move. Thanks to them giving us some time to hopefully find them it had a happy ending. Thanks for working with me on this. You all are awesome !!!!
