The whole staff was great
Yesterday was my first visit to this location, I have been to another and it was less than pleasant to say the least. There was already a line when they unlocked the doors so people seemed a little tense. The woman up front was patient and got us all set up in the order we came in and was really funny! She humanized your facility and the staff in a way that made the whole lobby noticeably relax. I was offered coffee and was able to lose some of the anxiety I had to come there. She was very attentive to me and to the others that I saw, not everyone likes doctors and this experience made me feel better knowing not all medical professionals are condescending and rude. My experience, it may not be you experience, but let me tell you how mines went. I walked in flabbergasted. How clean it was in there? Smell fabulous didn't take long at all. Got my weight, got to my room. Let me nurse practitioner came in, had a conversation with her. She listened, gave me some suggestions, and I was on my way fast quickening in a hurry. The receptionist, beautiful person, her personality fits her sitting up there in front, the the ladies that work in this facility are all phenomenal women. I'm proud and every one of them.
