The staff is more concerned with their cancel policy vs customers having courtesy to call and cancel in the event they just need to reschedule. They forget when you have insurance you have options. Don't let them bullying you into thinking you don't have options because there are plenty of great dentists in the area. Don't forget word of mouth is how people determine who's services to use. I was warned about Waterloo Dental from previous patients, and now I've experienced it firsthand. I will not be returning! Please be advised the last time I canceled my best friend had died, and I don't have a balance, but was still reminded about the $35 cancel/rescheduled policy....read full review
