The dental staff from the front desk to the hygienists and doctor have been nothing shy of incredible. I have had several difficulties with my teeth over the years and this practice has always worked with me to make me feel comfortable, safe and have an enjoyable experience while I’m here. The front desk staff especially Lindsey provide the best and most welcoming atmosphere while you are in the waiting area! I highly recommend this dental office for all your basic and complex dental needs! I will be a patient forever!
Longtime patient of the original Waterloo dental with Dr. Droba. Continued care here to try it out! The staff is wonderful, hygienists Leslie and Krista are the best! Dr. Al is much more personable and asks your opinion about things. Will continue to refer here for sure!
I was terrified for my appointment as I hate the dentist. The receptionist got me in right away & was extremely nice & helpful & I can't say enough positive things about Susan. She is so nice , professional she explained everything in great detail to ease all anxiety and fear. This group cant have enough stars!!!!!!
