We had a mixed experience with this company. In person, the service, product, and communication were excellent. Everyone we met was helpful and polite, which made us confident in placing an order with them.
Unfortunately, the issues began after placing the order. We had to repeatedly call to get updates on our shipment, as the products rarely arrived within the promised timeframe. If we were told 5 days, it often took 10 business days, and even then, we had to reach out to find out the order had arrived.
Our family had been searching for a flooring company or individual to help with leveling uneven subfloor and install LVP flooring for our whole first floor. The task was not impossible but was difficult due to the material on the existing subfloor and odd angles of walls. Doug and Tom came to the home with confidence and knowledge about materials and expectations. We are absolutely thrilled with the result of the flooring. The installers were great at giving us advice to help our flooring last and also informing us as each working day came to an end, what to expect the following day.
