Ultimate Flooring is a family-owned retail center offering name brand, affordable, high-quality flooring. Located in Green, near the Portage Lakes, it serves nearby areas such as Coventry, Barberton, and North Canton. The business is staffed by knowledgeable and very helpful flooring professionals who provide great and excellent customer service. Measuring and installation teams are prompt and friendly, doing excellent work. Communication is also highly praised. You can borrow samples to try the look in your home. Pricing is comparable to or less than big box stores. Many customers highly recommend Ultimate Flooring for their flooring needs.
My new favorite carpet store! They have a wide selection of other flooring as well but we had carpet installed in our living room and I couldn’t be happier! Will be recommending to all my clients who need flooring :)
From the beginning, I was totally happy with my experience.
Sam was extremely knowledgeable and guided me to the right products for my home (dog proof, kid proof and husband proof). The installation was smooth and Dominic did an excellent job of leveling the floor to ensure proper installation. Steve did a great job on the carpet in my living room, bed room and stairs. I would highly recommend them for your flooring needs. Their personal service will beat the big box stores.
Went to the big box stores first, and fortunately that experience lead me to Ultimate Flooring. Passed it many times on 619, and thought about stopping. There was no pressure, they didn’t attempt to sell me the most expensive carpet, in fact it was the opposite. Employees know their product very well and everyone I spoke with was accommodating, listened to my need and suggested products and created a visual to make the selection easier. My order arrived on time and installation was perfect. The installer was on time, quick, removed residual and vacuumed the area leaving it spotless. I will return.
