After doing an online chat and getting nowhere with Ulta customer service online - I drove an hour to the store I bought from as I was told that’s where I had to do the return. I went to the store on Nov 21st and Hannah Wagner assisted me with my return - she was amazing ! Apologized for my bad experience online , handled my return quickly and was very helpful with all my other questions. I love Ulta but was unhappy with the online chat but Hannah W. helped turn that around. Amazing customer service !

Very helpful employees! Tons of fun seeing all the new nail polishes and new makeup! The store is set up, so the perfume is in a separate spot. Each different "makeup" companies are in their own section. It makes it easy to find the product and look at everything else that company offers.

I got a scalp treatment today and the gentleman who did it was amazing, took his time learning how to do it and my hair feels amazing. Everyone who works at this Ulta was super friendly and nice. I didn't feel pressured to buy other things or be upsold on items!!! 100% I will be back!!!
