Dr Heid explains things so I can understand. The other vet doctors do well also. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I wish they were a little cheaper or offered a senior discount
Just moved and needed to get my dog connected with a vet. Called here and they got us in right away. They were great with my dog, very efficient and thorough. Dr. Koudelka is awesome! Patient, direct and caring. He gets down on the floor with our dog and lavishes attention on her, taking her anxiety away.
Dr Horst was the best! I’m so happy we got him today. He was very thorough with our new adopted Rottweiler. He didn’t rush me and listened to all of my concerns. Highly recommend him.
