Building confidence and better focus in students of all ages, helping teens become leaders along with discipline, respect and building self esteem. Minna-Jiu-Jitsu our stand up self-defense and Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu our ground class for adults, teens and kids 8 and up.
