The emergency room is ran like an Assembly line. They are not focused on patient care. They are focused on how many people they can get through the door in a day. I will never go back to this hospital..

How to bring a family member for Emergency evaluation at 5 am. They had her triage and in the back within five minutes of our arrival. They made her feel safe and comfortable. By 10 AM had her doing better with a list of new psychiatrists. We were able to leave and continue outpatient cares

The Doctors don't listen to people. I understand that their jobs are very tough but when a person is "pink slipped" by someone who isn't their own doctor and refuses to call that persons primary care provider and they use their own judgment for someone who isn't even their patient it makes one not be able to trust going even outside their own home. Also they forced me to take drugs that I've never had in my life. By the doctor that wasn't my doctor ordered an i.v. drug that I was trying to refuse until I finally was compliant. Then while being "held on 72 hour watch" a male patient approached me asking to have sex! He obviously was in another patients room because when...read full review
