Brody Williams coordinating everything and arriving at residence several times first to initiate it, then coming in the middle of both carpenter job and another trip when the job was completed. Brody is very professional, efficient and personable person. Will Taylor the general contractor and his crew Brian and several others worked hard to repair rotten and broken rafters and improper installation of tresses to make our senior member of the house safe. After obtaining 12 quotes for siding, gutter and shutter installation, I decided to do one more google search. I came across RPC Restoration Inc and left an inquiry on their website. I received a telephone call from a pleasant gentleman named Jared. Jared and I scheduled an appointment to meet so he could give me a price quote. After meeting with Jared, I knew that I wanted to work with him. He listened to me, he was very professional, kind and detail oriented! I was very particular about the color I wanted for the siding and Jared went above and beyond to ensure that I obtained the color I requested! We had filed a claim with our insurance agency in mid-March when we were informed by Isaiah that our roof had wind damage. Our insurance company kept denying our claim…and having Isaiah return 8 times to take photos and video of himself trying to replace damaged shingles. My parents had been insured by this major insurance company for over 60 years without ever making a claim, yet they kept denying coverage. Thanks to RPC for sticking with us…it took me threatening to call Fox 8 News about the way they were treating my 93 year old father, a wounded POW Korean War Veteran, to get them to cover the roof. Thank you Isaiah and RPC!
