I want to commend Plumbing 911 for handling a difficult job with professionalism and competence. After requiring a Sunday service call with Josh, we realized that we actually had a much bigger problem on our hands. Our pipes actually needed to be replaced throughout the house as it had been built in 1995 using polybutylene pipes, which no longer exist for many reasons. Josh walked us through the process with clear explanations. For two days, Josh and Brandon tackled this undertaking. The lady on the phone was very nice as well as Rob. It was easy, painless, and we spend orders of magnitude less than we thought we would have to. We were able to have our problem fixed within 24 hours!
