We were told by several other companies the damage we had would not be covered by our insurance company, Pence Bros went to bat for us and not only delivered an amazing roof, new insulation, gutters, downspouts soffits and more, they got most of the work covered. They left no stone unturned and there were absolutely no surprises along the way and there was constant communication, even on nights and weekends. Highly recommend using this family that sets the bar for honest, trustworthy contractors.

We hired Pence bros to install windows and new siding, soffit and gutters as well as a small set of stairs. The process of getting estimates and picking out the design was great. John and Daniel were easy to work with and Jacob helped out a great deal with insurance issues. Colin seemed to be the lead guy on the job and was great to communicate with. The job was quick and I was pleased with the results. The guys on the job were also enjoyable to be around. Had a few minor things that needed adjusted after the job was completed. Colin came and fixed them quickly. Highly recommend Pence Bros and will use them for future jobs. Thanks guys.

Jeremy came today to look at our roof for inspection reasons, he went above and beyond of what he needed to do, and we really appreciate him for that! Very reasonable, honest and friendly!
