My parents came to Pella Windows in Fairlawn and had a wonderful experience! Meghan was their sales rep, and they said she did a great job! Very nice and professional! They really liked working with her. She was very knowledgeable about the product and the company! They would recommend her to anyone!
We recently purchased our third installment of replacement Lifestyle wood windows and doors from Pella of Akron over the course of the last 3 years. Mike Peronek has been our sales specialist each time and has been in our home many times. He is extremely knowledgeable about all Pella products, along with the installment aspects, and has expertly advised us as we made these improvements to our home. Mike is friendly, trustworthy and we enjoyed leaning about each other and our shared hobbies. We knew the quality of Pella windows and doors from our previous home where we did all full replacements. My wife and I recently purchased windows from Pella Windows and Doors of Akron. Mike Peronek came to our house to show us various window designs and pricing. He was very knowledgeable and patient answering all of our questions. He listened to what we wanted and made suggestions for window designs that fit our needs. We followed up afterwards by going to the Akron showroom to view the different styles in full size, and the operation of each type. Julie was very helpful with all of the window displays and the advantages of each. She made us feel very confident in our final choice of widows.
