Our experience with Pella Windows was outstanding and better than we could have ever imagined. You hear horror stories about peoples' experiences with home improvement. Our experience was just the opposite. Dan Murphy out of the Akron office provided detailed information and samples to make sure everything ran smoothly. The whole process was stress free. If we had any questions about anything, our sales rep, Abbigail in the main office, or Dan Murphy would take the call promptly. Mr. Murphy thorougly reviewed the entire order for this big job. My husband & I had consultation regarding our patio doors. Our Replacement Sales Specialist was Megan Allen. She is such an engaging person. She walked us through the choices as well as the timeline to install. Her knowledge of Pella window/doors was exceptional.
We ordered new Pella windows for our home and they turned out wonderfully. They look great and function well. We had a torn screen that Pella replaced without hassle. They also came back and took care of one minor issue with a casement window that wasn’t latching quite right. Overall, a great experience!
